Three Pathways Into Zindara's Care
Each service tier is designed for a different level of need — all built on the same foundation of warmth, attentiveness, and respect.

Care That Grows With the Person
Zindara's three service tiers are not rigid categories — they are points on a continuum of care that can move with a resident's changing needs. Our approach to care planning begins with a detailed understanding of each individual: their health history, daily patterns, personal preferences, family relationships, and the things that bring them comfort and meaning.
From that starting point, we design a care arrangement that suits the person — and we revisit it regularly. If a resident's needs shift, we support a thoughtful transition rather than an abrupt change. Quality of life, not just quality of care, remains the measure we care most about.
Service One
Evening Companionship
฿14,000 per month
A thoughtfully structured support service for seniors who manage well during the day but feel less confident — or simply benefit from company — as evening approaches. A trained Zindara caregiver arrives in the late afternoon, stays through the night, and completes a morning handoff with a brief summary for the family.
This service is well suited to seniors living independently at home who have families nearby but not always present, or to those who are between residential care arrangements and need consistent overnight reassurance.
Service Two
Residential Wellbeing
฿39,000 per month
A full residential placement providing consistent, comfortable living at Zindara. Residents receive a furnished private room, daily fresh meals, housekeeping, laundry, and attentive daily personal care from a familiar small team. A dedicated care coordinator monitors and documents each resident's evolving wellbeing.
The weekly activity calendar — which includes gentle movement, cultural afternoons, craft workshops, and guided meditation — is designed to bring texture and purpose to each day, without pressure or obligation to participate.
Service Three
Clinical Comfort Residence
฿64,500 per month
Zindara's most comprehensive nursing tier, for residents with significant health, mobility, or cognitive care requirements. All Residential Wellbeing services are included, alongside continuous nursing coverage, therapeutic programmes, memory and cognitive stimulation, and coordination with external specialists and hospitals.
Each resident in this tier has a named primary nurse and a small, consistent care team. Rooms are outfitted with medical-grade beds, supplemental oxygen access, call systems, and personalised comfort features. End-of-life comfort planning is available when the time is appropriate, always led by the family's wishes.

Shared Standards That Never Change
Safety-Designed Environment
All areas of Zindara are maintained to senior-safe standards — step-free access, adequate lighting, slip-resistant surfaces, and accessible facilities throughout.
Privacy & Dignified Care
Personal care is always delivered by familiar staff, with the resident's comfort and consent as the primary guide. Personal information remains strictly confidential.
Staff Vetting & Training
Every team member undergoes background checks and completes elder care foundation training before beginning work with residents. Ongoing training is provided in all roles.
Documented Care Planning
Care plans are written, maintained, and reviewed regularly. Families are invited to participate in reviews and can request copies of their family member's care profile.
Emergency Preparedness
All senior staff hold current first aid certification. Emergency response protocols are practised regularly, and the home maintains established relationships with nearby medical facilities.
Open Communication
Families can reach the care team directly. Concerns and questions are addressed honestly and without delay. We do not use automated systems for family communications.
